BORIC ACID+CHLOROBUTANOL+CHLORPHENIRAMINE+SODIUM CHLORIDE+SULFACETAMIDE+ZINC SULFATE is an ophthalmic (for eye use) medication primarily used to treat bacterial eye infections. A bacterial eye infection occurs when bacteria invade any part of the eyeball or its surrounding tissues, including the cornea (clear front surface of the eye) and the conjunctiva (thin membrane lining the outer eye and inner eyelids). A bacterial eye infection symptoms include red eyes, pain, swelling of eyes, watery eyes, itching, and blurry vision.

BORIC ACID+CHLOROBUTANOL+CHLORPHENIRAMINE+SODIUM CHLORIDE+SULFACETAMIDE+ZINC SULFATE is a combination of Boric acid, Chlorobutanol, Chlorpheniramine, Sodium chloride, Sulfacetamide, and Zinc sulfate. Boric acid has antibiotic properties and provides soothing relief. Chlorbutol or chlorobutanol is used as a preservative, which also has mild antibacterial properties. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine drug that relieves watery and itchy eyes. Sulfacetamide is an antibiotic that works by stopping the bacterial growth responsible for the infection. Zinc sulfate, which is antiseptic and astringent, treats bacterial infection and relieves irritation. Sodium chloride solution is used to draw water from the cornea, thereby relieving the swelling of the eye.

Directions for Use

Eye drops: Tilt your head back and pull your lower eyelid downwards and outwards. Gently squeeze the dropper and put the eye drops inside the eye/eyes. Blink a few times to spread the medication inside your eye.
